Costello Tee shirt or image?

Hi, my dad (Barry Keene) has a 1973 MkII 3.5Ltr Costello Roadster.  I am wanting to get him a shirt with the Costello logo on it.  Does anyone know where I can get one.  Alternatively can I get an image I can give to a printer?  Many thanks, Paul.
